Spinach, Celery & Papaya Smoothie

This is my standard green smoothie that I have as part of my breakfast and morning routine. The papaya and turneric are said to be particularly good for sarcoidosis as they are anti-inflammatory.

As smoothies go, it tastes OK. I add several optional ingredients that are good for your general health, as it is packed with plant-based protein and nutrients. Feel free to add any ingredients you like.
